REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY
- Products/item can be returned or exchanged if it is incorrect/ incomplete or defective/ damaged within 7 days after delivery.
- VESTIDOS will not entertain any claims or exchange requests if the customer has already got the product stitched.
- Due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason.
- VESTIDOS will not accept exchange for any item that has been washed, dried, damaged, or stained in any way. This includes items that have been damaged or shrunk in a dryer.
- VESTIDOS is not responsible for bleeding, damage of print, or fading of colors due to washing.
- Shipping costs (both ways) to send any non-damaged items will be paid by the customer. VESTIDOS will bear the delivery costs on defective/wrong merchandise only and the Return cost of the parcel will be bear by customers.

VESTIDOS don’t provide any pickup service from the customer address and the customer will send the parcel back to us by any courier
After receiving the parcel refund will be issued. - Items offered in our Sale and Discount sections will NOT be entertained for exchange or return.
- Product add-ons (matching trousers/dupatta) are not eligible for exchange.
- There is no monetary refund offered on all purchased items. Customers can either get the product exchanged within 07days or store credit can be issued to the customer for future purchases.
- VESTIDOS reserves the right to reject a return request found misusing of our generous returns policy or a product received with missing tags and other components.
- VESTIDOS reserves the right to update the Exchange and return policy without any prior notice
